Describes your boss in a nutshell. Is this someone you’ll be able to work with? What is their boss style?

Describes your co-workers and the cultural environment. What is the mindset of these people?
3. THE EXPERIENCE
Will you settle in and find your place or is this going to be a job you can’t do?
4. CHALLENGES
These are normal everyday challenges in the job.
5. UNFORESEEN ISSUE
These are situations, events, and personalities that make it difficult for you and that are an issue.
6. WHAT YOU GAIN
What do you get out of this experience, whether you stay for a short or long time?
7. SOMEONE/SOMETHING YOU SHOULD SEEK OUT
This is someone, at the job or in your field, that you should seek out for advice or knowledge when dealing with any position of this reading. You can also draw advice for each position in the spread.
8. OUTCOME
The overall outcome of the new job situation – is this a short lesson or a long-term one?
THE CHALLENGING TIME SPREAD
1. WHY THE SITUATION/ACTION ISN'T WORKING
Your directive cannot be achieved, no matter what you do.
2. WHAT YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON
What you do have control over right now that works in your favor.
3. PLANETARY OR ASTROLOGICAL INFLUENCE
The astrological energy - planet, sign, house, combination - that will help
you during this time. Beneficial energy.
4. SELF-CARE OR EMOTIONAL HEALING
What you can do for yourself in terms of self-care and/or healing due to the hardship.
This could also be someone or something inspirational that can help restore your faith.
STORY SPREAD
1. THEME
Mostly an abstract position - war, love, freedom, power, friendship, etc.
2. STORY
Who, what, where (characters, setting, type of story)
3. PLOT
How, when, why (the logistics)
4. OUTCOME
What happens at the end of the story, this can
be read either via story or plot; however usually it can be the message the
reader takes away from the story. It could be a literal visual
representation of what happens, i.e., Hanged Man could represent the way in
which the villain is served justice at the end of the story, etc.

1. MOOD
The type of "mood" the story will have, i.e., astrological energy,
sad, bright, comical, suspense, etc.
2. STORY
What the story will be about, i.e., a woman struggling, a man working hard, etc.
3. PLOT
The events of the story.
4. OUTCOME
What happens in the end, i.e., justice, heartbreak, etc.
